Great for Paleo diet
This MCT oil has been a fantastic addition to my daily routine; I use several tablespoons each day as it's a powerful yeast killer and an excellent asset for anyone on the Paleo diet. I appreciate the brown bottle that protects the oil from going rancid. The only drawback is the cap, which can be messy when pouring, so I prefer to use a different one.

Delicious and effective
I began using MCT oil to manage my Candida Albicans infection about four months ago. Now, it's a staple in my kitchen, lending a lovely buttery flavour to foods. It effectively keeps fungal activity under control, and it tastes like movie popcorn butter. When taken by the teaspoon, it can feel heavy, so I recommend swishing it in your mouth before swallowing—it goes down much easier that way.

Effective for pets
I received my MCT oil earlier than expected and began incorporating it into my dog's diet a few months ago to address a yeast overgrowth issue. It seems to be working well.
